Initial Response to Greek Theatre

I have really enjoyed working on Greek theatre and I was thoroughly surprised to see how interesting it is to learn about and experiment with in lesson. 

The way the Greeks did theatre was a unique and dramatic form of theatre that relied heavily on dramatized movement and speaking.

When I first heard that we were doing Greek Theatre in our lessons for acting I was excited about learning how the Greeks did theatre as I have an interest in the history of theatre, although I was slightly hesitant as I initially thought that Greek theatre would difficult to understand and perform as it is an older way of doing theatre and in a lot of ways is very different to how theatre is done in the present.
